Methylsulfonylmethane is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and analgesic that ensures the body's ability to synthesize collagen for connective tissue health, maintain cell membrane flexibility and promote cell regeneration. Glucosamines give shape, elasticity and rigidity to such tissues as cartilage, tendons and ligaments.
